“I started to realize that I had a voice and that this climate influence that I understand, I can influence other people to start to use theirs . . . One of the things that I'm known for in all my platforms is my enthusiasm. What is your level of enthusiasm for the thing that you're posting for? Do not tone that down to be professional. If there's enthusiasm and excitement for whatever you're investing in or the solution you're providing, be really excited about it. And then that gives you a way to also be excited about other people in the sector who are doing cool things that are related or bridged, which gives you another opportunity to engage and curate and convene the community.”
